Employer Terms
Rules for posting jobs and dealing with applicants on Wazaf Top.
These terms apply to every “employer” account and are read alongside the general Terms of Service. Posting is free, and following these rules is a condition of continuing.
1. Who may post
- The company must genuinely exist and you must be authorised to post on its behalf.
- We may request documents proving the business before approving the account or listing.
- Listings are reviewed before publishing; we may reject any listing without stating a reason.
2. Listing content
- One listing per genuine, actually-vacant role.
- State the title, duties, location and work type clearly.
- Network-marketing schemes, or roles requiring the applicant to pay anything, are prohibited.
- Contact details used to divert applicants off-platform to bypass these rules are prohibited.
3. Non-discrimination
Discriminatory requirements based on religion, gender, origin, marital status or disability are prohibited, unless the requirement is a clear and legitimate occupational necessity.
4. Handling applicant data
- Use applicant data only for hiring for that specific role.
- Selling CVs, sharing them with third parties, or using them for marketing is prohibited.
- Delete applicant data once the hiring purpose ends.
- Keep each application status updated — transparency is the applicant’s right.
5. No fees from applicants
Requesting money from an applicant under any label — file fees, deposits, training, uniforms, tools — is strictly prohibited. Breaching this means immediate account deletion and, where warranted, reporting to the authorities.
6. Free access and breaches
Posting on Wazaf Top is currently free for employers, and terms and conditions apply. We may suspend an account or remove its listings for breaching any clause above, or upon repeated applicant complaints.
7. Reporting
To report a violating listing or an employer asking for money, email info@wuzzuftop.com with the listing link.
