1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service is free — terms apply

All job-seeker services are completely free — no fees for signing up, applying, courses, certificates or the AI assistant. That access is conditional on following these terms, and we may suspend any account that breaks them.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
• One account per person; a mobile number may not be reused across accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

No user may:

• Impersonate anyone or use details that are not theirs.
• Scrape the platform, attempt to breach it, or disrupt it.
• Post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or misleading content.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited marketing.
• Ask a job seeker for money in exchange for employment.

5. Our role

Wazaf Top is an intermediary that lists opportunities and connects the parties. We are not a party to any employment contract, we do not guarantee that you will be hired, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of every third-party listing. Review each offer yourself before committing.

Important: anyone asking you to pay for a job, a “deposit” or a “file fee” is a fraud signal. Report it to us immediately.

6. Courses and certificates

Skills certificates issued by the platform confirm that you completed training content on Wazaf Top and carry a number anyone can verify. They are not accredited academic qualifications.

7. The AI assistant

“Zaki” gives general career guidance based on available market data. Its answers are not legal or financial advice; the final decision is yours.

8. Content and ownership

Your content (CV, portfolio) stays yours; you grant us a limited licence to show it to employers you apply to. The platform name, design and training content belong to Wazaf Top.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or delete any account that breaches these terms, harms other users, or endangers platform security — telling you why where possible.

10. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over disputes.
